NDIS Complaints and feedback
The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) values feedback and complaints as an opportunity to improve their services. If you have concerns or suggestions, you can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544 or send them an email on contactcentre@ndiscommission.gov.au. They will work with you to resolve issues and ensure that your experience with the NDIS is positive.
